What kind of reform is required?
What I have submitted is that, as the only God-conscious community in the world, you cannot fulfil the responsibility placed upon you unless you undertake this task. This is, in fact, the central point of my entire discussion, so I will elaborate on it further. If the question were merely about becoming leaders (Imams) simply as a human-group, then you would not need any reform, education, or restructuring of the educational system.
